Boss Undercover

I had the luxury, the last Sunday, to spend half the day with my daughter.

Yes, because for those who do not know she’s a young entrepreneur, busy with her successful clinic, and even though we live close by, it’s been a long time since we’ve spent lots of time together.

We went to watch the Regatta, made jewelry at her house… Later, Julia introduced me to this fascinating program: BOSS UNDERCOVER.

Well, when the program ended, I wanted MORE … I wanted the entire series on DVD! I wanted to watch EVERYTHING all at one sitting!

Because, the truth is: I’ve not been so excited about television programs for many many long years. Perhaps NEVER like this.

I loved those people. They are totally crazy, but crazy at all levels with a good sense of madness. And courageous.

They are entrepreneurs with huge businesses having hundreds and hundreds of employees, who are disguised as ‘apprentices’ for one week within their own companies! Here they do the most humble tasks in the organization to see and feel what life is like for an ordinary worker, also to see where the company is failing or can improve.

Another very good one, but way too crazy for my head, (meaning detrimental to the children) is “9 By Design ” where a couple of super talented decorators, with 7 children, live in horrible houses, while redecorating, and the process they constantly change address… So, their whole life is documented in a “reality documentary show”.

Mark my words: These kids will need therapy.

Sure the houses are wonderful, and I would even like to be one of them… but with 7 children…?

Sorry kids, 2 is my maximum limit… Because on top of all this, they are writing a book…!?
Ahh… the STRESS would wear me out very quickly.

Now, the rest…? You can come, I’ll take the responsibility !!
