What NASA Has Done For Us?

In the last 50 years, besides the other planets, you’ll see that they thought a lot in this place here too! They made many of our worries unnecessary.

Just look at the list:

6. Prosthetics Members.

7. Ear Thermometer.

8. Water Filters.

9. Satelite TV.

11. Satellite navigation (GPS).

12. Virtual Reality.

13. Improvements in Radial Tires.

14. Better road safety. – Those cuts, scratches in concrete to increase traction on wheels, designed to reduce accidents in bus lanes in space, and now has reduced accidents on American roads by 85%.

15. Exam for Measuring Brain Activity - which has helped many children with Attention Deficit Disorder.

16. Cordless Tools.

17. Personal Alarm Systems.

18. Scratch Resistant Lenses.

19. Dry Frozen Food.

20. Special Clothing for Athletes.

In the last 50 years, besides putting the first man on the moon, they won the space race during the Cold War, but also lost 17 astronauts on three disastrous missions.

The incredible rescue of Apollo 13, left us the famous phrase: “Houston, we have a problem.”

And Houston, since 1958, as anybody could see, has solved many of our serious spatial questions and countless problems on land.

Ahhh… Contrary to popular belief, they did not invent Teflon, bar codes, Velcro (tape), quartz watches and fire detectors.
