In the magazine Natural Solutions for the month of May, says that chocolate can help your skin, giving it with a healthier appearance… Because of flavonoids (plant pigments), which act as antioxidants. They help to protect our skin from damage by ultra violet rays.
In the study by Dr. Gerbstad, participants consumed 20 grams of dark chocolate for 12 weeks and showed greater resistance to these rays that damage our skin.

What I have done for long time is to put cocoa powder in my milk with cereal in the morning, and it is simply DIVINE! I do not use milk, I use soy milk, and the vanilla flavor already comes sweetened, so it is PERFECT.
Sure you shouldn’t be stuffing yourself with chocolate, and use wisdom and moderation on the subject, because of pimples, which I believe, honestly, being the excess sugar and fat in chocolate bar and not cocoa.

Man can not live by chocolate alone… but I think many women can……
