We have toxic habits, toxic relationships, toxic foods and toxic cosmetics. We are all toxic.
Let us minimize our… toxicity?
I think it’s a good thing …
Of course, if you are in a position where you cannot avoid eating toxic foods or foods with poor nutritional value, I have good news: the body can, without much cost, deal with it occasionally – if the digestive system is not overloadesd.
BUT… avoid eating too much tuna. Scientists at the University of Nevada have tested over 300 different cans of the most popular brands, and found that 55% of the cans contained mercury levels far above what is considered “safe” by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency)
Simple solution:
→ Make salads and sandwiches with canned salmon, which is virtually free of mercury, because tinned varieties are usually wild. There’s also less risk of other contaminants.
Another independent test was done and look at the results:

One day, Winston Churchill said: “There’s something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man.”
That reminded me of the “American Curly Horse”, it applies perfectly.
With this wonderful soft and curly fur, it is hypoallergenic. Their hair is even spinable and weavable like wool.
An animal that looks like poetry in motion.

For everyone who ever dreamed of having a horse, but one day heard these sad words: “you are allergic to horses.”
Research on this breed indicates that a protein missing in the skin of “Curlies,” may be what causes allergic reactions, but the study was never published officially (one thing that breeders are struggling to make happen).

For me, horses and freedom seem synonymous. They are like a gift to humanity. If God made anything more beautiful he kept it to himself.

Feeling down? Saddle up. :-)

Or beautiful and luxurious mansions which may appear in the Byzantine style are actually made of OLD TIRES !!
I think they reflect the state of consciousness of the owner.♥
“Earthships” are sustainable homes, radically made from recycled materials. It is considered the best kind of ”Eco-housing as it helps people not only with shelter…
But also makes use of rainwater in four ways following the sun’s energy (spending a maximum of $ 50 in electricity annually).
It is a new type of construction, a new type of architecture. So new that is called “Biotecture”… But it is something that has been developed for 40 years by a garbage warrior, Michael Reynolds.
The project is the most versatile and economical in the world.
In the town of Taos (New Mexico), you can learn how in 2 months… there are books that teach you or you can rent an ”Earthship” and feel what it’s like to live in them.
Where EVERYTHING flows like nature.

In America there are places to leave old batteries, burnt oil, fluorescent lights, tires…
But what about those strong drugs with a black or red label?
The ones that poison people and animals are in land and water we drink?
FDA says that almost any drug can be mixed with something disgusting or inedible, such as coffee powder in a closed container. They also say that some are so poisonous that must be flushed down the toilet…
The U.S. Geological Survey strongly disagrees warning: “No medicine should be thrown into the water because it contaminates the water we drink and marine life.
If your town does not have designated boxes for this purpose, there are steel white boxes at the local police station…
To avoid death and reduce the impact on the environment do the following:
→ Take the pills from the original bottle, mix with old coffee powder, cat litter or something like that…
→ Put it in a disposable container with lid (an old margarine pot?)
→ Remove your personal information from the bottle, (scraping, marking with black marking pens or using adhesive tape).
→ Place the closed container with the mixture and the bottles of medicine in the trash.
You can ask your doctor, hospital or clinic, if they have any specific place for this.
