Work Path
A recent study says that here in America, 44% of employment agencies look for candidates on Facebook.
So, it’s worth deleting those ‘questionable’ photos. If you’re looking for a job, increase your chances by doing the following:
→ Put a picture with a nice smile in your profile. (We assume what the personality is like by looking at your picture.)
→ Highlight your strengths. Use the sections of “Information” and “Information Work” to write about your experience in what you did or want to do… Do not forget to put your talents and professional accomplishments there.
→ Show your dedication – let the employer know how dedicated you are by writing posts to the public in general and recent trends and news related to them. Show examples of your work (documents photos and videos) and add hobbies… Also what kind of associations and societies you belong to.
Do not forget to enter where you volunteered. (If this was related to your career int the section “Activities” and “Interests” profile).
Do not forget: reset your “Privacy Statement”. Facebook is constantly changing the default settings to allow access to parts of your profile that you thought were hidden. A smart idea is to check it again it. Just click “ACCOUNT” and then “Privacy Settings.”

Interesting idea. I never thought of facebook as being a place to search for employees…
