Who out there has seen the Menil Collection…?

Chances are … no one has ever heard of it.
For it is one of our great museums of fine arts here in Houston. It has the Antiquities, Bysantine Period, Tribal Cultures of Surrealism and even some paintings of Picasso.
All beautifully housed and well displayed.

I consider museums very important and have a certain loyalty to them.

Take the kids. That museums do not have brochures or recordings to guide you. Only friendly guides who eagerly share their knowledge.
There are always exhibitions of guests, especially around the universities.

FREE! ♥

Be sure to see the “Rothko Chapel” which is next to it… and the bookstore across the street in Branard.

Take a peek: \o^o/

Give me a museum and I guarantee you I’ll fill it with photos! :-)
