Asking for a Raise

If you know the company you work is doing well, the months of June and July are the best months to ask for a raise.

Because:

♦ the busiest season and is now over, wich makes it easier to focus on the administrative tasks.

♦ for many of the fiscal year ends in June and they have a new budget to spend.

After June and July the best month to ask for a raise is January.

Personal note: when we ask ourselves honestly, what is the most significant person in our lives, we often find that someone is that instead of giving advice, solutions or cure us, … chose to share our pain and touch our wounds with a tender and warm hand. One friend who can be silent with us in a moment of indecision, confusion. One who is present in a time of disappointment and sorrow, that even tolerate not knowing, not curing, and face with us the reality of our powerlessness. That is a friend who cares.
