A perfect combination: blueberries with almonds.

Belíísimo
I like to make things like this.
Super easy and not time consuming.
Besides beautiful.
It’s very Italian and you can tell exactly what you’re eating.
It can be served hot or cold.
Because I’ll tell you one thing …. ↓ ↓
If you want to eat a tuna sandwich once more in your life, never go anywhere that sells this fish. I went once. They have two separate queues: one for human consumption and one for cats. And these two lines were exactly alike.
Guiltless Pleasure
The belly rules the mind, say many people…
But my mind is considered ‘strong’ by those who know me…
So what do I do with that urge to eat ice cream?
But not wanting to gain weight while I eat?
And eat something nutritious too?
And without feeling guilty on top of that?
(I know I’m too picky)
My imagination had an idea that was my salvation!
Mix everything in the blender:
→ Tofu (1 package)
→ Evaporated milk (1 can)
→ A little bit of condensed milk (less than half a can)
→ Cocoa powder (I think I used 10 to 12 medium tablespoons)
→ Ground nuts (after I turn off the blender)
I poured the mixture into ice trays, popscicle molds and small bowls and put everything into the freezer.
It looked like this ↓

And best of all… when I pass the ice cream aisle at the supermarket I delight myself with this thought: “I can do something much better and delicious than you!”
This is my opinion: do something. If it does not work… do something else. No idea is too crazy.
After all, I live by acts and not by ideas.

(PS I spent $ 5 at the supermarket for a diminutive of tofu ice cream, but mine was MUCH better! And you make it with the flavor that you want! Yesterday I bought cherry gelatin and I will do a new experiment in my lab kitchen). Coming soon… the next one will be with stevia and without condensed milk.
